Class work: English 2

  Today we read, perform, comprehend and listen. These are the components of active reading. PRACTICE THEM IN CLASS WITH ME TODAY. Don’t go oblivious! Train your mind to listen to you. Drag it forcibly if necessary into the world of literature. YOU ARE IN CONTROL! Jar your world! Today's selection: In large text, we will be working on: "The Story Teller" page 218.

}Objective: At the end of the class you will hopefully be able to begin mastering the above.
}
}Don’t forget! On thursday you will do the vocab-athon. Come on time!  Tempus Fugit!  Prepare and make a difference in your own mind.

}Daily Quote: “Little men with little minds and little imaginations go through life in                     little ruts, smugly resisting all changes which would jar their little                         worlds".                                                       Zig Ziglar
